Should You Buy Apple Stock (AAPL) at $280?

The iPhone makes up the majority of Apple’s total revenue. In addition, Apple offers its customers a variety of services such as Apple Music, iCloud, Apple Care, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, Apple Card, and Apple Pay, among others. Apple's products run internally developed software and semiconductors, and the firm is well known for its integration.

Is It a Good Buy?

I think that Apple Stock (AAPL) is overvalued right now because people aren't going out and buying expensive phones, computers, and other products. Also with manufacturing in china most plants had to shut down.

Target Price: $240-$250 is a fair buy


Pros of Buying Apple Stock:

1. Dividend Growth: 1.11% around $3.11 per year
2. I think Apple is still innovating with introductions of Apple Pay, Apple Watch, Apple TV, and AirPods; each of these could drive incremental revenue, but more crucially help to retain iPhone users over time.
3. Over 10 years Apple (AAPL) has out preformed S&P 500
